Shipping policy

Summer shipping is effective from July through the end of October. We will only be shipping wax products Monday through Wednesday to avoid your package from sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend and potentially melting. We want your package to arrive to you in as close to perfect condition as possible!

Estimated processing time of 3-5 business days. Estimated shipping time is 5-7 business days.

*These time frames are not guaranteed. Production may take longer based on order size and quantity. Once your package leaves our hands, we have no control over handling. We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or UPS and are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
